These Terms govern access to Vome.ai services operated by Holistic Technology LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vome.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

Vome.ai provides AI-powered services including but not limited to:

  • AI voice cloning
  • text-to-speech generation
  • voice synthesis
  • API-based voice generation
  • developer integrations

Services may change or evolve over time.

3. Account Registration

Users must:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain security of their credentials
  • be at least 18 years old

Users are responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Credits and Billing

Services operate on a credit-based system.

Credits:

  • are prepaid digital services
  • are non-transferable
  • have no monetary value
  • cannot be redeemed for cash

Credits become non-refundable once used.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, including:

  • AI models
  • software
  • algorithms
  • interfaces

are the intellectual property of Holistic Technology LLC.

Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant the platform permission to process it for service delivery.

6. Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content uploaded or generated using the platform.

Holistic Technology LLC does not claim ownership of user content.

7. Service Availability

Holistic Technology LLC strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • error-free operation
  • permanent availability

Maintenance and updates may temporarily interrupt service.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users:

  • violate the Acceptable Use Policy
  • misuse AI technology
  • attempt fraud or abuse payment systems

9. Limitation of Liability

Holistic Technology LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • business interruption
  • misuse of generated content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the previous 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable regulations.
