Vome.ai Refund Policy
Vome.ai is operated by Holistic Technology LLC, a company registered in the United States. This Refund Policy governs purchases of credits and services on the Vome.ai platform.
1. Digital Credits
Vome.ai operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which can be used to access AI voice cloning, audio generation, and related services.
Credits represent digital consumable services.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within seven (7) days of the purchase.
- None of the purchased credits have been used.
- The account is in good standing and has not violated the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
If these conditions are satisfied, Holistic Technology LLC may issue a refund at its discretion.
3. Credits Become Non-Refundable Once Used
Credits are considered consumed immediately when used for any platform operation, including but not limited to:
- Voice generation
- Voice cloning
- Audio synthesis
- API usage
- Any computational processing
If any portion of the purchased credits is used, the purchase is considered consumed digital services and becomes non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Credits have been partially or fully used
- Refund requested after 7 days
- Violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Account suspension due to misuse
- Abuse of refund policy
5. Subscription Plans
If subscription plans are offered in the future:
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Processing times: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Holistic Technology LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact support@vome.ai before initiating any chargeback.
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- permanent account suspension
- termination of services
- restriction from future purchases
