Users agree not to use Vome.ai to generate content that is:
Illegal
- fraud
- impersonation scams
- financial deception
- identity theft
Harmful or abusive
- harassment
- threats
- hate speech
- harassment campaigns
Deepfake misuse
Users must not use Vome.ai to:
- impersonate real individuals without consent
- create deceptive audio recordings
- spread misinformation
Voice cloning of individuals requires legal permission or ownership of the voice.
Fraud or impersonation
Prohibited uses include:
- fake customer support calls
- impersonating celebrities or public figures
- impersonating government officials
- scam or phishing operations
Security violations
Users may not:
- reverse engineer the platform
- attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
- abuse API endpoints
Automated abuse
Prohibited actions include:
- excessive API calls
- scraping the platform
- denial-of-service attacks
Enforcement
Holistic Technology LLC may:
- suspend accounts
- terminate accounts
- report illegal activity
without prior notice.
